I create Instagram content on strength training, recovery, parenting and wellness for women in Singapore, and work with brands on Reels, carousels and stories. Outside Instagram I run ActiveWomen, a women’s strength and wellbeing coaching business.
My content is honest, practical and rooted in real life, not aspirational fitness. My audience trusts me for what actually works when you are short on time, sleep and energy.
